"The Pricing eventually adds up..."
As a local firm with several divisions, the cost would increase each time I wanted to select a different keyword classification. While their a-la-cart system seems like a good idea initially, it really ends up creating frustration in the long run. Customer service seemed decent, and response time was quick.I don't believe I'll keep the subscription after the first year, as there are better alternatives out there.
Pros
The initial annual pricing with a coupon code. For annual tracking it was $190 , with a coupon code it brought it down to $174.96 for a full year of one site with 100 keywords.
Cons
The region can't be changed or narrowed within an existing site that has aggregated data. It can only be done in the new setup of a site's tracking. And if you've used all of your keywords in your existing plan (I only have 100), you have to delete some from your other site or upgrade your plan.

The people at Wincher went out of the way to call me... yes call me... how is it working for you? Do you have any questions? Do you want to set up G-Meet to go over the tool..... great customer service and great product. Im just glad I found it....oh and one more thing it is very reasonably priced as well. I would of paid 2x for this thing.

First off it is simple and VERY easy to use. It does EXACTLY what it suppose to do! This may seem obvious but lots of tools are overly complicated and very hard to use. Like information overload! - If you are looking for keyword tool that is easy and provides a great visual of how your keywords are doing I recommend this software.
Cons
No cons..... I can't think of one thing I didn't like about the product.
